If a checklist book arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order, customers should contact SCCF Group as soon as possible with the order reference and supporting photographs where relevant.

Replacement, return, or refund decisions may depend on the condition of the goods, the delivery issue reported, and whether the order was a single-copy retail request or a larger project fulfilment.

Digital or downloadable resources supplied as part of a lead capture or support offer are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless required by applicable law.

Where a refund is approved, SCCF Group will confirm the processing method and timeline directly with the customer or organisation that placed the order.
